5-Step Rapid Onboarding

  1. Join Your Dedicated Slack Connect Channel

    You will receive an automated invitation to a private #stainless-[company] Slack Connect channel. This is your direct line to your dedicated product engineers and UI designer.

    • No account managers: Speak directly to the engineers and designers building your product.
    • Async-first: Send Loom videos, voice memos, or Figma comments anytime.

  2. Grant GitHub Organization Permissions

    Add our engineering squad to your private GitHub organization:

  3. Connect Figma & Brand Assets

    Invite our design team to your Figma workspace. If you don’t have existing design files, our product designer will initialize a bespoke Figma design system containing:

    • Zero-radius blueprint tokens: Geometric typography, semantic colors, and spatial grid systems.
    • Interactive component library: Ready-to-implement button systems, forms, cards, and navigation.

  4. Populate Your Sprint Backlog

    Drop your feature requests, bug reports, or roadmap milestones into our shared Linear board or directly in Slack:
